I find it that if you don’t involve the students in an activity like a lab then they won’t pay attention and learn as much as they would in a lab. The reason i would say this is because that you have to listen to know what you have to do for that experiment plus it much easier to understand and object when its right in front of you then being told, its kinda like its scarier to be around a ghost then hearing a story about a ghost.
